Features: Three bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, and laundry.
– All bedrooms are bright and spacious with at least one good-sized window in each room. They are furnished with large desks, shelving, dressers, and bed frames!
– All rooms come with two 48” fluorescent lights fixtures. Ideal light conditions for studying plus energy efficiency
– All rooms come with built-in workstations providing suitable work/study space and storage space for computer equipment and books
– Most of the rooms have double bedframes, while some have single bedframes
– House is also furnished with living and dining room furniture
Front and back yards: The house is fully fenced in. Residents have full use of backyard.
We do not provide a BBQ but if the residents decide to bring their own, they may do so in a safe and responsible manner.
Front has a maintenance free, deck, and back yard has all paved (interlock patio)
